Terms of Use Agreement "Terms of Use", states the conditions under which you may use the Quality Personnel Web site. Read this page carefully. and complete. Furthermore, You agree to update any and all information previously submitted by you which a change in circumstances has rendered false, inaccurate or misleading. Quality Personnel reserves the right to remove your
information if it is determined that any information You provided is not complete or accurate. The Web Site may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment, employers seeking employees, recruiters seeking
candidates, and independent contractors seeking contract employment. The use of the Web Site for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited by the Company... violating or attempting to violate the
security of the Web Site, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability
of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus
to the Web Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or forging any
TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Quality Personnel will investigate occurrences which
may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You will not access or tamper with nonpublic areas of the Quality Personnel

acknowledge that We are not responsible for any costs incurred. In any jurisdiction where such waivers of warranties are not proscribed by law, the User uses the Quality Personnel site at his or her own risk, and all

proscribed, You agree that the Terms of Use Agreement shall be enforced in its entirety, with only those waiver exclusions required by law excepted. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quality
Personnel, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from Your use
of the Quality Personnel site or Your violation of this Terms of Use Agreement. You agree, in any jurisdiction where not proscribed by law, that neither Quality Personnel, nor any of its officers, directors,
employees or agents responsible for creating, maintaining, or delivering the Quality Personnel site shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your access, use of, or inability to access or use the Quality
Personnel site. In jurisdictions where such waivers are proscribed, You agree that the Terms of Use Agreement shall be enforced in its entirety, with only those waiver exclusions required by law excepted. It is
acknowledged and accepted by the user that the only remedy against Quality Personnel, its officers, directors, employees or agents for any alleged damage caused by a performance or non-performance shall be the removal of the User's
information and the termination of further use of the service. The User agrees that any dispute, which may arise from this Terms of Use Agreement , shall be settled through binding arbitration, whether based on tort, contract or
other theory of law. Furthermore, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Quality Personnel site or the these terms and conditions must be filed within
one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. $100.00 is the total liability for Quality Personnel to you for all claims arising from the use of the materials. Any failure
of Quality Personnel to enforce, in part or in whole, any of the provisions herein listed shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or provisions or of the rest of these terms and conditions of membership.
